About Christine
Educator. Language Professional. International Background.
Hello, I'm Christine.
I am an English teacher with international teaching experience in France and Kenya.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Mount Kenya University and a 120-hour Advanced TEFL/TESOL Diploma.
My teaching experience has allowed me to work with learners across different ages and educational environments, from primary and secondary education to English as a foreign language.
Having lived, studied and worked across different cultural and linguistic environments, I understand that learning a language is about much more than grammar. It is about having the confidence to communicate.
My approach is therefore personal, practical and encouraging. I adapt lessons to each learner's level, objectives and interests, helping them develop English they can actually use in their studies, professional life, travel and everyday communication.
